Plan your fringe

Artists and performers take to stages all over the city to present shows for every taste, and audiences can create their own festival experience.

How to choose shows

Every show at the Harrisburg Fringe Festival is listed on our ticketing website.

You can use the search filters to create a list of shows that are relevant to you - for example, you can filter by a date range depending on when you're in town, or search for certain genres.

Tickets

All shows are e-ticketed - here's how it works:

  • Once you book your tickets you will receive a confirmation email containing a QR code that the venue staff will scan when you arrive to see your show.

  • You can show the code on your device or print it off at home.

  • If you do not have a smartphone or require a physical ticket, our box office will be happy to print one for you.

  • There is NO LATE SEATING for any show.

Some tips for e-tickets:

  • It might be a good idea to screenshot your QR code if you're concerned about wifi access.

2

GET YOUR TICKETS

Buttons are a must-have to see a ticketed show. They support the Fringe and help make the festival happen. Plus, they make you look really cool.

To see a show, you need a show ticket. 100% of ticket sales go directly to the artists. Head to any festival box office or get tickets on our online box office.

Choose a show by asking around, talking to an artist, or browsing the ticket website.

SEE SHOWS!

Now you can attend shows! See as many shows as you can, all shows are shorter than 60 minutes! Talk about the shows you have seen to your friends, and other artists!

There is no late seating for any show.

Planning your schedule

Traveling between venues

Harrisburg is a very walkable city, and many of the venues are downtown and within walking distance of eachother. There are some exceptions with some venues being further uptown, so it's worth leaving plenty of time to get from show to show.

This also applies for shows at the same venue – some venues have multiple performance spaces, and it can take time to exit one show and check in to the next show (especially if you want to grab some food, visit the bar or use the facilities in-between).

Some venues will not admit latecomers once a show has started, so make sure you leave plenty of time for travelling between shows.
