Harrisburg Fringe Festival is a project of 717Arts in collaboration with organizations and venues like Open Stage, Midtown Cinema, YPOC Harrisburg, Gamut Theatre, The Millworks, Greenhouse Hub, Narçisse Theatre Company, and the list is growing.
